Account and data deletion

Public Google Play / App Store account-deletion page. No login required to read. Deletion is free. Privacy: Privacy Policy.

1. In the app (recommended)

1. Open Niyetsen and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open settings / account and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. The account and linked content are deleted.

2. From this site or by email

If you cannot open the app, use the form below or email ai@niyetsen.com with subject Account deletion and your registered email. We only delete an account after we can verify that address.

3. What is deleted

• Account and sign-in data
• Profile (name, birth date, zodiac, gender, language, timezone, consents)
• Chat, plans, tasks, mystic guide and fortune / horoscope logs
• Proof photos
• Points, streak, notification prefs and sessions
• Optional league alias

4. What may remain

• Store invoices as tax law requires (Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat). Niyetsen never stores card numbers.
• Security logs up to 6 months.
• Records we must keep by law, for that legal period only.

5. Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email or form requests finish within 30 days after we verify the email. Most finish sooner.

6. Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel Google Play or App Store billing. Stop renewal in the store subscription settings. Payment is in-app purchase only; this website has no checkout link.
